This as a raw brass stamping.It is a large and long conch or spiral shaped sea shell. It could be used as a pendant, a charm, a connector, or anything else you can imagine. It was made in the USA from the same now vintage/antique tooling that made these stampings 50 to 100 years ago. It measures 77mm (3 inches) from tip to tip by 22mm (about 1 inch) from side to side at it's widest points.It is flat and hollow backed, and it lead and nickle free.
