To perform this exercise do the following steps: Step 1: Stand upright with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms extended straight out in front of you, parallel with the floor.Step 2: Grasp a wrist roller with palms down, letting the unwrapped roller hang loosley down in front of you. This is your starting position.Step 3: Wrap the rope around the wrist roller by alternating each wrist and rotating it in an upward motion.Step 4: After the weight has reached the top position, reverse the motion to lower the weight by rotating your wrists downward in an alternating fashion.Step 5: Repeat for a complete set.
