Princess Polly, Muppet Wiki

Princess Polly is a member of royalty who contacts Cookie Monster and Gonger at their Foodie Truck for help with a royal dinner party. (First: Episode 5117) The princess wants to serve pea soup but has run out of peas. Cookie Monster suggests she look for them under her mattress. Princess Polly is not amused, and Gonger admonishes Cookie for not recognizing "serious fairytale business."
