Having not heard anything on this since last August, we thought the project might have crawled under something and quietly died a dignified death, but seems not - SHORT CIRCUIT is very much still happening.And to prove they mean business, makers Dimension films have only gone and hired a writer - with newcomer Matt Lieberman now responsible for desecrating our beloved memories of the killing machine with a heart of gold and a blacked-up Fisher Stephens.As we previous reported warned, Tim Hill, the director who inflicted those annoying CHIPMUNK movies unto the world, is at the helm.
