Through the first half of this phase your hormones are at their peak, so if you feel up to it and have the energy push yourself a little harder. Make sure you check in with your body after a workout, how do you feel? In the second half, your body is preparing for your period, so you might slow it right down. With the shape classes, focus on form- don't worry about how many reps you're doing. Just listen to your body!
