lt;p>KIM KARDASHIAN says her second pregnancy is a big pain in the boobs!</p><p>The reality star, set to give birth to her son in December, is packing on the pounds – and all on her chest!</p><p>“Kim’s breasts have exploded in size the past two months,” an insider told All The Buzz. “She actually put her breasts on a scale, and was shocked to learn that her boobs now weigh 25 pounds!”</p><p>The 34-year-old socialite isn’t happy with her new curves, either.</p><p>“Kim loves sexy cleavage,” said the source, “but she’s afraid that she’ll be bed-bound for the last part of her pregnancy!”</p><p>Fortunately, there’s an old-fashioned Kardashian kure.</p><p>“Kim’s already consulted with doctors about a post-birth breast lift!”</p>
