Something just came over me, and I was just like crying and I knew that I was this person's donor. That was three years ago. Breanna Sipple, while scrolling her Facebook newsfeed, came across a status update from Rich Francis. Rich was appealing to family, friends, and followers on behalf of his wife, Erin, who was in need of a kidney donation. Erin suffered from a disease that had taken a toll on her kidneys.
