Beautiful Sherman Oaks Mansion For TV/Movies/Photo

By A Mystery Man Writer

The home is on the border of Sherman Oaks and Studio City. Main house is 4900 square feet and the guest house is 900 square feet. The pool has a length of 45 feet. Second story consists of master bedroom, balcony, and TV lounge. First floor has 4 bedrooms and kitchen. The house is designed for large shoots and equipment. Ideal for all types movies, TV shows, and photoshoots. Sorry the home is not available for parties and events. General Rules Please be advised that the house is tenanted; however the tenants can vacate for the day as need be. All rooms are available for shoots. I live here along with tenants and 2 cats. PLEASE PLEASE SCOUT. I want to provide the best possible service and I understand that our situation is not ideal for everyone. By scouting, there will be no guess work as to if the space is fitting for your needs. I do not allow smoking inside the home. I also prefer shoes not be worn or booties provided. Please treat the home better than you would your own. Shoots are normally scheduled between 8am and 6pm. Other times available; however, a discussion needs to be had.
