Cupid Peperomia also know as Peperomia scandens ‘Green’, Acrocapidium Scandens, or Piper Scandens.

Peperomias are popular houseplants due to their hardiness and ease of care. We say that this is South island's answer to the Pothos family - being a tropical looking plant that can handle colder temperatures. This vining peperomia will quickly fill a hanging basket and trail off the sides. They are also an excellent candidate for a background climber.

Watering needs: Peperomia scandens 'Green' has low water needs. They enjoy fairly frequent waterings, but need to be allowed to dry out slightly between waterings. Reduce watering in winter and allowing the topsoil to dry out for a bit longer.

Lighting needs: Keep in indirect sunlight. Any window besides north facing ones (strongest sunlight comes through north facing windows) should work well. They are known to grow very well under artificial lighting, which means it’s a great option for darker rooms.
