Bronzing is a cooking technique for meat or fish similar to blackening, but at a lower temperature than is required for blackening. As with blackening, bronzing is cooking fish or meat by coating in Hoss’s Bronze Seasoning and sautéing in butter or olive oil in a heavy skillet over moderately high heat for a few minutes on each side or you can also coat and throw it on the grill. A relatively mild Cajun blend that is excellent on chicken, pork or seafood. This will definitely perk up your taste buds!
