Certified plant-based' logo may have broader appeal than vegan stamp, says PBFA

While the terms ‘vegan’ and ‘plant-based’ might appear to be interchangeable (they both exclude animal products), consumers do not view them in the same way, says the Plant Based Foods Association (PBFA), which has just launched a new ‘certified plant-based’ certification scheme and logo.
