Dramatic hourglass shape, high waist fit. Velvet top section of collar. Two functioning hip pockets, one breast pocket. Lined with built-in shoulder pads. Sleeves are a 3/4 length fit - shown in images (do not go fully to ankles). High fashion meets comfort & warmth. In excellent condition.
