Milo Baughman - Milo Baughman or Gabriella Crespi Style Glass Chrome Cane Tall & Narrow Etagere offered by Vintage Looks on InCollect
This tall, narrow, and elegant etagere was designed in the 1980s in the style of Gabriella Crespi or Milo Baughman, who is famous in part for his iconic etagere designs. This example is made of 1 1/4 inch thick chromed steel for the frame and has 6 large shelves at 4, 17, 31, 51, 66, and 79 inches. The shelves are glass covered cane, which adds a warm feel while retaining superb practicality. This etagere would be perfect for displaying books or art collections, and would look good in any modern home. Condition is very good. Chrome is free of oxidation and has only minor signs of light use. Cane is in very good shape for its age, and the some of the 5 included glass shelves have minor, hard to photograph chips.
