To perform this exercise do the following steps: Step 1: Grab a resistance band with one hand on each side of the band. Step 2: Take your right arm over your head and your left hand behind your back at waist height. Step 3: With the band behind your back pull the band tight. Step 4: Extend your right arm up towards the ceiling and then back down. Step 5: Repeat this motion for the desired amount of repetitions and then switch so your left arm is up at your head and repeat the steps.
